This Disclosure Text is prepared by PropEngine ("Data Controller" / "Company") to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") and related secondary legislation.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data may be processed by PropEngine, acting as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

The following personal data may be processed while providing our services:

Identity Information: Name, surname.
Contact Information: Email address, phone number.
Transaction Security Information: IP address, browser and device information, site usage logs.
Customer Transaction Information: Request, message and inquiry content.
Marketing Information: Newsletter preferences.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes based on the legal grounds set out in KVKK Articles 5 and 6:

Provision, maintenance and improvement of services.
Evaluation of requests and complaints, and ensuring communication.
Fulfillment of legal compliance obligations.
Ensuring site security and preventing abuse.
Marketing and informational purposes, where you have given explicit consent.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners involved in providing the services, hosting providers, third parties providing analytics and marketing services (e.g. Google) and authorized public institutions where required by law, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

5. Data Collection Method and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected partly by automatic and partly by non-automatic methods through your visit to our site or by filling out forms. The legal bases for processing are the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, your explicit consent and legal obligations.

6. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
To request information if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
To request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
To request its deletion or destruction,
To request that third parties to whom it has been transferred are informed,
To object to a result arising against you from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
To demand compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing.

7. Right to Apply

To exercise the above rights, you may submit your requests in writing or via a registered electronic mail (KEP) address in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK. Your request will be resolved within thirty days at the latest from the date of application.
